Our rubber materials undergo a series of strict tests:

1)Dynamic Flex Test (counting how many bends until break)

2)Abrasion Resistance Test (measuring weight loss after 2000 wear cycles)

3)Physical Properties Test (tensile strength, breaking strength, modulus)

4)Heat Aging Test (performance under high temperature conditions)

Only rubber that passes the tests can be used.That’s why our hoses are so reliable.

Every single hose undergoes a strict pressure test at 2 times the working pressure.

Hydraulic hose assemblies must undergo several critical tests, including:

1)Burst Test (to determine maximum pressure capacity)

2)High/Low Temperature Test (verifying performance in extreme temperatures)

3)Impulse Test (simulating pressure cycling under operating conditions)
